Refund Policy

At BibleLum (operated by LumHorizon LLC), we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Because BibleLum is a digital service delivered immediately upon payment, we have established the following refund policy, which complies with applicable consumer protection laws and the requirements of our payment processor, Stripe, Inc.
Please read this policy carefully before completing a purchase. By purchasing a BibleLum membership, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
Refund Summary
1. Monthly Membership Refunds
1.1 First Payment — 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you subscribe to the BibleLum Monthly Membership and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund of your first monthly payment within 7 calendar days of the initial charge. No reason is required. Upon approval, the full amount of $9.99 will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Provided that no premium content has been accessed or downloaded during this 7-day window.
1.2 Renewal Payments — 3-Day Window
For each subsequent monthly renewal, you may request a full refund of that renewal charge within 3 calendar days of the billing date. After 3 days, the renewal charge is non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused days within a billing period.
Provided that no premium content has been accessed or downloaded during this 3-day window.
1.3 Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund of the current period. If you wish to receive a refund for the current period, you must submit a refund request within the applicable window described above, in addition to cancelling your subscription.
2. Full Journey Bundle Refunds
2.1 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
The Full Journey Bundle ($59.99 one-time purchase) comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase date. No reason is required. Upon approval, the full amount of $59.99 will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

2.2 After 7 Days
Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after the purchase date will not be approved, except where required by applicable law. The Full Journey Bundle grants lifetime access to the BibleLum platform; access will remain active regardless of whether a refund is requested or granted within the eligible window.
2.3 Lifetime Access Commitment
In the unlikely event that BibleLum discontinues its service permanently, Bundle purchasers will receive either (a) a prorated refund based on unused access time, or (b) a comparable alternative, at our discretion, with at least 90 days' advance notice.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] with the following information:
- Your full name and the email address associated with your BibleLum account
- Your order or transaction confirmation number (found in your receipt email)
- The product you are requesting a refund for (Monthly Membership or Full Journey Bundle)
- The date of the charge (for monthly renewals)
- Optional: a brief description of your reason for the refund (helps us improve)
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Once approved, refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, though some banks may take longer.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Requests submitted outside the applicable refund window described in this policy
- Accounts where premium content has been accessed or downloaded within the applicable refund window
- Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Charges disputed through your bank or card issuer (chargebacks) that are subsequently resolved in our favor
- Free tier usage (no charge is made for free tier access)
- Promotional or discounted purchases where the promotional terms explicitly state no refunds
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the suspension of your account pending resolution of the dispute.
If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to provide Stripe and your card issuer with documentation demonstrating that the charge was valid and consistent with these Terms and this Refund Policy.
6. Taxes
Refunds will be issued for the full amount charged, including any applicable taxes collected at the time of purchase. Tax refund processing is handled automatically through Stripe.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted at biblelum.com/refund with an updated effective date. For existing subscribers, changes to refund terms will not apply retroactively to charges made before the updated policy takes effect.
