1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and LumHorizon LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the BibleLum platform, website located at biblelum.com, and all associated services, content, and features (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing the Service, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.

2. Description of Service

BibleLum is a digital Bible study platform that provides AI-assisted guided learning content, visual story cards, personal reflection tools, progress tracking, and related educational features. The Service is delivered entirely online as a digital product and does not involve the shipment of any physical goods.

We offer the following membership tiers:

All prices are stated in United States Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise noted at checkout.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access paid features, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Billing, Payments, and Subscriptions

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize LumHorizon LLC and Stripe to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.

4.1 Monthly Subscription

The Monthly Membership is a recurring subscription billed at $9.99 per month. Your subscription will automatically renew on the same calendar day each month unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will receive a receipt via email for each billing cycle. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

4.2 One-Time Purchase (Full Journey Bundle)

The Full Journey Bundle is a single, non-recurring charge of $59.99 that grants you lifetime access to all current and future content on the BibleLum platform. This is not a subscription and will not generate recurring charges.

4.3 Free Trial and Free Tier

The first 3 days of each Bible book are available at no charge without requiring a payment method. No automatic conversion to a paid plan occurs at the end of the free tier.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any price increase via email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price.

4.5 Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails, we will attempt to recharge your payment method up to three times over a seven-day period. If payment cannot be collected, your account will be downgraded to the free tier until a valid payment method is provided.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Monthly Membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain full access to premium content through the last day of your paid period. We do not prorate partial months.

The Full Journey Bundle is a one-time purchase and does not require cancellation. Access remains active for the lifetime of the BibleLum platform.

6. Refund Policy

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, visual story cards, AI-generated feedback, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of LumHorizon LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Service without our prior written consent.

8. User Content and Conduct

You may submit personal reflections, notes, and other content ("User Content") through the Service. You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant LumHorizon LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe the intellectual property rights of others; (c) transmit harmful, abusive, or offensive content; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; or (e) engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share information about you. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

The AI-generated spiritual feedback provided through the Service is for educational and inspirational purposes only and does not constitute professional theological, psychological, or pastoral advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LUMHORIZON LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LumHorizon LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in Wyoming.

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last Updated" date, and by sending an email notification to registered users at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections 7, 10, 11, 12, and 13 shall survive termination.
