A parent can look as though she is sitting still while her mind is tracking medication, birthdays, forms, meals, school messages, laundry, appointments, emotional needs, and what will happen if one detail is missed. This is not simply poor organization. It is often a real care burden that has become invisible because it happens inside your head.
Shared burdens need more than occasional help
Galatians 6:2 gives language for bearing burdens together. It does not dictate household roles or guarantee that help will be easy to receive. It can challenge the idea that you must keep every detail private until you can present a finished plan.
A responsibility is not truly shared when you must still notice it, assign it, remind it, and carry the consequences alone.

Choose the next change that fits your actual week
- If you are carrying work and care at once: begin with Christian help for work and caregiving.
- If the load is turning into sharpness or panic: use an overwhelmed-mom reset before trying to redesign the whole week.
- If you are resentful because support feels unequal: name the pattern and use Christian help for motherhood resentment.
- If exhaustion is persistent or you cannot function: seek qualified medical or mental-health support alongside practical help.
